Thank you for using the Support Forum. The only informtion I could fine on the counters is on page 41 of the user guide.  If the steps there do not help then your support centre is the next option.

d125 - toner meter reads not starting out at 100%

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi.   We have a Xerox d125 copy machine.  I have noticed for the last 4 toner changes that the meter read level is starting at 88% and not 100%.  Can someone please explain to me why a new toner cartridge would not start out at 100%?  Has anyone else noticed this issue?  I have alway s taken the cartidges out and shaken and reshaken them and no changes.  Looking for some answers on this one.  Thanks.
