Hi TimTim, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Your account on the forum has been deactivated.  You should no longer be able to sign on to your Forum account.  To have your Xerox.com account removed you need to contact the Webmaster for Xerox.com to request your account with Xerox be deleted.
