Hi Seba88 

If the codes is not clearing the next step would be a service technician.  You can try someone locally or call into our support department @ 1-800-821-2797 to schedule an onsite visit.

thank you for the quick reply, i found that article too and tried all that, no change, and now i found some thing new, if i hold " back+? " buttons while powering up i can access the Service Mode where i can clear the error, after i clear the error and exit the menu the printer restarts, gets to show the XEROX logo, then restarts again ... after doing this 3 times it shows the same error again 37,003,48

I found an article for the fault code 37,003.48 that has steps for you to try. 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Product Name: Phaser 8500/8550
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

hello, a recived a phaser 8500 as a gift, the printer was new in sealed box but was laying around in an office for an unknown amount of time.

the problem....the display flikers and some time shows inverted text, after the printer printed the initial default pages it got stuck....i pluged it out and when i started it up again i got error : Fault 37,003,48:0 this error wont go away and i cant use the printer

is there anything i can do ?
