I found the solution!
So if you have Xerox WC 3215 multifunction printer and you want to use the email scan with a gmail then the workable configurations are:
This document isn't for WorkCentre 3215!
The 3215 has no "STARTTLS (if available)" option, only SSL/TSL!
The 3215 has no "Properties tab>Services>Email>Setup" only "Properties tab>Network Settings>Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)"
Is that possible to reset the printer for the factory default settings? If yes then how?

I have two WorkCentre printers, one WC6027 and another WC3215. I have to use both for scanning to e-mail. It was possible to setup the 6027 for gmail but not the 3215 because there different adjustment possibilities. (both printers has the latest firmware on them)
Is that possible to help me with a the step by step instruction specified for gmail (if it is possible with 3215) or yahoo?
I have found the official documentations here in the xerox website, but it is not working!

But there is no for WC3215.
