in centreware web console how do i disable warnings

Where are you looking at your printers? in the devices and printers folder?

If so you need to disable BI-directional communication.

when i look at all printers in my list i see many printers with yellow splats for tray 1 empty or no paper which they will never have paper most probably.  How do i disable these warnings for tray 1 so my printers show green?  I've been digging around on the web and am missing the solution.  thanks for help CWW
