I have a ! in my wifi password and the exclamation point symbol is not available via the control panel for my home office. I've tried configuring the printer through CWIS but I don't have an IP address for my printer as it's not connected to the internet because it can't get on wifi and I don't have a cable connection. So I'm in a catch 22 situation... can anyone help?
I see no one has answered this yet and I don't know how to rectify this, so I would recommend contacting Support at 1-800-821-2797.
In Wi-Fi Status, select Wireless Properties. In Wireless Network Properties, select the Security tab, then select the Show characters check box. Your Wi-Fi network password is displayed in the Network security key box.
