UPDATE

straight from Xerox  the only way I will be able to get status of consumables printout is by connecting printer to a network through eathernet and using centerware interface.

If printer is connected directly to pc by usb you are out of luck :-(

Consulted the manuals and the menu map and it seems CWIS is the only way to do so (get percentages). Else you are stuck with just going by the Order soon and Replace Now messages when they occur.

I understand that you can check the status and percentage of life remaining for your printer supplies by ip address

but my 7100 is attached directly to my pc by an usb cable. How can I get a printout of the life and time remaining on my

printers supplies ?
