"Copy & Scan are disabled"

IIT PWB is the same with scanner board. I called like that so you can understand. 

89-xxx are codes related with color registration control measured on the IBT by the MOB sensor so dont worry about them if the print looks good.

You must start to solve the issue by replacing the IIT PWB (part no. 960K49311).

I found another post that I think relates to my problem titled "Xerox 7545-Scanner Fault - Fault Code 362.476.00"

"Problem: Scanner fault with scanning LED always on, only code in memory is 362.476 (Stepper Home Error)

Cause: Defective IIT pwb.  Peplace defective IIt pwb."

But........

Does anyone think that the above suggestion would perhaps solve my dilemma?

It could be from defctive scanner board or from the CCD.

Please provide  fault codes from Fault History.

Receiving Scanner Error:

Copy & Scan are disabled.  I've followed the directions listed on the panel to turn off/on.

Didn't resolve.

Any possible actions I can take to allow us to copy and scan?
