Hello Barry,

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.

"Driver not available" when connecting via WiFi Direct

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am trying to connect to an Altalink C8045 via WiFi Direct. The printer is in a co-work location in a secure location. When I connect to the printer, I get a "Driver not available" error below the printer, and the only option is to remove the device. When trying to print, the printer isn't listed. I've tried all versions of the printer driver- PS, PCL, PCL6, XPS, PPD and nothing works.
