The issue is not solved yet. A friend of mine has the same model and his printer has this abnormal behaviour (at least in my oppinion) as well.
I searched the online knowledgebase and I didn't find this issue.
In order to contact the technical support I'm being asked for serial number but it cannot be found: 3434760657. I also cannot register my product as my model is not listed in the Model drop-down list (?!).
Any other suggestions ? Maybe from other owners of this model ?

I have the following problem with my new WorkCentre 3025
If I print a document with more pages and the paper tray runs out of paper I get the message "Jam or Empty. Door Open&Close / Printing..." on device display. I load paper in the tray but the printing is not automatically resumed, but only after I open & close the printer door or I turn the device off-on.
Is this a normal behaviour ? In my oppinion the printing should be resumed after the paper was loaded in the tray.
