" n " is displayed on the 7 segment of the SBC screen. After

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

 

New Xerox C8070 reboots 2 TO 3 times then get stucked on  the screen displaying the Xerox logo.

The 7 SEGMENTS ON THE SIDE of the Controler ( SBC )  shows “ n”.

We tried the PWS alboot by using the force alboot ( 2) .ALL software updates are fine during the process; (network controller, copy controler, user interface, scan engine, print/copy engine),  but on the SCREEN OF THE PWS diagnostic tool 

 it is displayed XRX9C934EB76EBB LOGIN:

 AT THIS STEP , we Can’t get further….
