Not sure if the Immediate Image overwrite fault was the cause of the problem. I followed this solution and it's wokring now. https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/General-Information/Issues-with-WorkCentre-4265/td-p/199968

touch screen locked prompt login

Product Name: WorkCentre 4265
Operating System: Windows 10

The printer was working completely normal then suddenly it stops. I am having issues accessing to basic functionalities of the printer. It has randomly locked me out and prompt login. I am unable to enter the default admin login. The touch screen is unresponsive to password prompt. Any ideas what the issue is?
