Hi, Yes, you can extend a little bit but after one attempt you should get a new one. Take out the waste cartridge and you will see a small clear window on top. The window need to be clear. Try to do little knocks on the side. The powder should go down and clear the small window. You only can do this one or two times, then the cartridge will be so full that is not possible any more. 009-358. I don't have a spare cartridge, is there any way to clear the error and keep printing
