In CentreWare Internet Services, in Properties tab - System section, Setup... and if system timeout section is enabled, please disable it. And apply.... I had the same problem, and i solve it with disableing system timeout...
I'm at a loss, that fault isn't at all formatted how Xerox does a fault code, and perfectly matches Samsung devices.
What print driver/ppd are you using ?
Is there any chance you installed it on an actual Mac as an Airprint device instead of as a printer, or did this happen after updating to High Sierra and Apple replaced the Xerox printer with their Airprint driver?
I try to print over wi fi to workcentre 3225 and if the document has multiple pages the printer fails to print and prints following page: URF ERROR - Incoplete Session By time out
