Hi,

If the scan option was enabled once maybe it works if you just try to re enable it from Optional Services in Tools menu. If this does not work send me a PM with your email address and I will try to help you.

No, its a series of numbera and letters on a piece of paper. I can't possibly know where the person who had it, put it.

This machine software was getting problem so administration has changed the software of the xerox 5735. After changing this software scan option is not visible after new software installed.

While every MFP has scan now, that wasn't the case back when this machine came out, yours wasn't sold with the Scan kit, so you can't scan, unless you buy the kit, which would be hard to source (Xerox stopped selling this device December of 2011)

Mono Scan KIT is 497K05760

I know color scan was possible on the 5735A when it had a SN that began with XEF, but I can't find a kit to add to one that doesn't have that SN

workflow scan issue

Hi,

i am using xerox 5735 in my office, when i connect my xerox machine via browser from my pc, i got interface of xerox machine, scan tag is missing in my menu, there is status, job, print, address book, propertie and help. there is no tag of Scan, here is below screen shot, i have tried many things but just invain.
