The serial number can also be found on a plate on the machine, behind the Front Door.

I cant find my serial number on my xerox 5755, From the Machine Information Tab 

then machine serial number : 0000000000 It show zeros and from supplies it displays xerographic module (R2) remaining 0%, Fuser Module(R3) 0%. please provide the solution for this problem.
