There is a thin horizontal line printing on all of our copies, scans, and print jobs. I printed the print quality troubleshooting report and was able to pull out the cleaning rods on each drum cartidge as per the instructions. It made no difference. I did this 3 times. we also changed the corresponding drum cartridges and there was also no difference. What can we do to fix this? any suggetions?
Take out the fuser (in the left side of the machine above the bypass tray) and see if it has the line (probably a ring all the way around it), Replace if the line is there. You need to unscrew the 2 thumbscrews (orange) to take it out
