Hi massimosala,
as you might know some of OID's will internal do Xerox and these are not distributed openly.
As far as you requirement goes, you can find Xerox MIBs available for download from www.xerox.com (type MIB on the search bar), or using a direct link (http://origin-download.support.xerox.com/pub/drivers/MIBs/)
Hi Sala,
To contact support via email you can go to the support page for your machine and on the left side click on the link to "Email Support".
How can I contact by email the 2nd level support ?
I am asking about documentation ( SNMP OIDs for the WorkCentre family ), we don't need a specialist at our site !
best regards, Sala
Hi Sala,
Yes that would be correct contact support and see if you can speak to someone at 2nd level. Or you could request that an analyst come on site. I am not sure where you are located so an analyst may or may not be an option in your area.

Thank you for the answer, but it is not useful.
The case "SNMP community strings" only tell how to set the snmp community.
I already wrote to your support last year, and they answered with some general purpose, useless, documentation ( like Xerox 5755 User Guide ... ).
I think it was Xerox first level helpdesk.
I think we have to get in touch with a support specialist, that understand what I am talking about.
Best regards, Sala
Hi Sala,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this case on SNMP community strings and see if that will help. If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have about 100 Xerox workcentre 5755 printers.
We have to programmatically manage some settings, using snmp.
Read using snmp v2c these settings :
Set these settings :
I cannot found their OIDs.
I appreciate some example using the tools snmpwalk, snmpget and snmpset.
Best regards, Sala
