Hello mikerone, 

Unfortunately we can not provide a service manual as it is Xerox proprietary information.  I would suggest calling into the support department for assistance.

012-113 error

Product Name: Xerox XC560 Copier

Greetings,

Any suggestions on how to resolve error 012-113? I've tried all the videos, etc.

Is there a service mode/manual that will point me to the location of the senser?
