Yes. Replace one drum and if the error will persist power off the machine, replace another one and so on.

Thanks for coming back to me.
Would we need to open three new drums and swap each one out one by one (C M Y) power down and power back up the machine to see if the problem resolves?
Would you happen to know the part number for the C M Y Motor?
We may end up moving to a Versalink C7000 if it is costly to repair.

Please see log as requested, we have removed and re-inserted all four drums and reooted the machine.
I can hear the the motor on startup.
Interestingly, looking at the supplies status screen within CWIN all the levels are on 100% which I know cannot be the case, not sure if it is connected to this issue?

Hi,
Please provide the fault codes from the machine Fault History (Event Log) and not from the CWIS.
I suspect one of the drum cartridges or even the Main Drive Motor.
