At every power on I get 078-261 High Capacity Feeder Mechanical Fault

Both feeders 6 & 7 show Fault in Paper Tray Status

The help just says re-boot.

Both trays descend and ascend without error

I tried unplugging and re plugging in all cables but still the error

Any help wold be appreicated
