I face the same issue.

Unable to update from V3.50.01.08 to V3.50.02.02. The update wizard works fine but after reboot, the firmware version is still old.

Any suggestions?

Today I tried to find any instructions about wired updating, but found nothing.

Also I can't find any updating window in Wired Xerox Centre. 

Can you point our any instuction for wired update process? Xerox Phaser 3020. Thank you.

Hello DenisD, 

 

I searched our online knowledge base and could only find instructions for wired connection, nothing mentioned for a wifi connections.  I would suggest calling into the support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100

3020 Firmware upgrade issue

Hi there,

I try to shooting bug when I can't update main firmware of my Xerox 3020 B.

Now it have V3.50.01.10 JUN-02-2015

I try to install V3.50.02.01 JUN-31-2018

I followed all from instuction inside firmware zip-file, Wizard says that all is ok and I press Next. 
Then I wait for a minute, printer rebooting, connecting but firmware still old. 
I haven't any error messages while upgrading and after it.

How to upgrade my firmware?

Tried to upgrade via Wi-Fi. Any other advices instead to upgrade via wired connection?

P.S.:
Network V6.01.13
IP Core 6.9.P
Image output V1.00.07 01-16-2014
SPL version 5.90 05-15-2014
