36 volt issue on Paper path PWB

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: UNIX

Nuvera 144 has taken out two PWB paper path cards PN 960K2172-A.

Something is causing the 36 volts to damage these cards, they look clean with no burn marks noticed on them.

Can anyone give sugestions to where I can look at to see what is causing these to fail?
