Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the supported paper sizes and types for 2-sided printing.  It does not look like the size you are wanting to use is supported.  For additional information please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

3610 Custom Paper 8x8 will not print duplex in Tray 1

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a custom form 8x8 that prints on both sides and bleeds to the edges.  We want to load the forms in Tray 1 and print duplex.  Tray 1 will only print duplex with 8 1/2 x 11 paper.  We can only duplex the custom forms from the document feeder.  Any suggestions?
