Thank you for feedbacking. I already have visited all Xerox resources and independent support forums worldwide without a solution. I bought the printer for our school and there is no budget for the official Xerox services. Anyway, as technician I really hope to get the problem solved by myown and need just the right input how to preceed.
For now, it would be helpfull to know if the sync procedure can be performed by the Xerox PWS or not.

In the serial number sync procedure two of three serials are lost ( IOT and SYS1 ) and cannot be sync'ed via service menu routine with the last SYS2 anymore, because Xerox did set the maximum on just one lost son.
What to do?
