Re: 6015NI Sleep Mode Error

Hi Damon,

I just wanted you to change the times as it sounds like you did and see if it fixed it or if it would give a different result or error.  It looks like it did not make any difference and the error "6000000" is not in the fault codes for the machine.  I would suggest you consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Re: 6015NI Sleep Mode Error

Thank you for your reply.

"change the timer settings and then power off and on the machine and see if that fixes the issue."

I did change the timer settings, but im not sure what i was supposed to change, or to what value?

so i changed 1=55 min and 2 = 60 min, both were at the default of 60.

Upon wake up this morning, the error occurred again.

"6000000" After cycling the power off and on. The machine functions normally as before.

What values should i change, and which values? 1, 2, or both?

thank you

Damon

Re: 6015NI Sleep Mode Error

Hi DamonH,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for adjusting the power save timer, change the timer settings and then power off and on the machine and see if that fixes the issue.  If the issue continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,
