If you have checked your power supply, made sure it is not the outlet, that is it performing the same when plugged into another source, then it sounds like a hardware issue, and you would need to contact the Support Department.

When I turn on the printer, the display turns on and the printer makes the normal noise. Then the display goes black and the printer becomes unresponsive.
The printer is not available on the network, not from the print dialog and not with the web interface.
Just before this happened, I configured Google Cloud Print, but that might be very coincidental.
