I am also having the same issue
What login data do I need to use? The password from the control panel is not known neither the User ID.
Can it be restored to factory default? If yes, what is the procedure?

Hi Gunnarson, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. For the password try the serial number of the machine.  Also try root as both the password and username.  

For the firmware here is a link to the firmware please select the correct one for the version of the printer you have.

Dear community,

Q1) We have received the printer as a gift and want to put it back into operation.
First we want to update the firmware, but how to do this? We've downloaded the .bin files, and now? We did not find any instructions to do this.

Q2) We opend a browser session to the printer ip address. In the right corner we can login into the "Administrator page". What login data do we need to use? The password from the control panel is known to us (factory default 11111). This password combined with root , admin or administrator didnt work.

Could somebody help us?
