We moved our 6204 wide format to another spot in our office here and cannot seem to get the unit to power on now???? Turned off the power switch then the breaker then unplugged from wall and following the power on procedure as detailed in the manual but cannot seem to get anything at all. Anyone else had the same issue??
After some research I've found some key questions.
Is the 6204 is connected to one of our AccXES controller, then the controller needs to be attached and powered up. With this configuration the controller is what turns the IOT on.
If the 6204 is NOT connected to an AccXES it will have a BPS controller on board. With this configuration the potential issues can be from not flipping all the switches. The main breaker (near power cord) and the on/off switch on the right side.
There could also be a power issue as well, and I would not ask if it did not happen, but does anything else work in the Outlet you are trying to use?
