6280 gives error 041-340 - MCU-VRAM error

Dear all

 

Haven't used my Phaser 6280 for a couple of weeks as one of the toners has run out and I've been shopping around. Thought I had better check on the status of all colours, switched on and got this message

 

ERROR 041 340 / MCU VRAM

 

Support site says "turn off, wait 10 sec, then turn on again".

Tried that several times.

 

Any suggestions?
