Try to reinstall software by AltBoot method with a USB thumb drive.
What model Xerox device is your printer?
Sometime in the past several months of COVID downtime, our favorite printer stopped working. See photos below -- when I restart it, it always go to the same error screen.
(It says to use the power button, but the power button doesn't work -- I have to use the switch at the rear or just pull the plug.)
Any ideas? How do I "reset the device"?
