7120/25 waste bottle is full after 8000 prints

don't you have a similiar trick for SC2020 waste bottle , they get filled after 7000 prints being rated at 15000. Thanks in advance

Check the firmware on the printers, if the firmware is lower than 71.20.31 then I would suggest upgrading.

Hello every body;

We have 10 WC7125 and litterally all of them have enourmouse consumption of waste bottles

008R13089  waste bottle (33 000 pages)

Instead of 33000 prints the bottle is ofthen full after 8000 ; the customers are anhappy and we cant explain it as the Xerox declare 33000 prints for waste bottle. Are their the adjustments to make?
