Sounds like a yellow developer housing.

Let's figure out where the fault is first.

Copy off the glass, then off the ADF (make sure it lights up, and in the case of the glass, the scanner moves whille it)

That will tell us if there is a general hardware failure, and relatively where it is.

Does the same thing happen on internal pages? (Print a configuration report from the printer)

How about prints from your PC?

If they both fail it will be a serious hardware issue. But lets remove the firmware too, update it here.

When trying to make copies we get a blank page every time. We ran a copy sky shot of a solid fill yellow but when you check IBT belt it will have a solid cyan on it. We have replaced the IBT belt, the drum drive assembly, the MCU board and the sensor bar and are still having no luck and still getting blank pages every time. I am trying to find the next step to take to see if we can get this fixed and any input would be great.
