Let's figure out where the fault is first.
Copy off the glass, then off the ADF (make sure it lights up, and in the case of the glass, the scanner moves whille it)
That will tell us if there is a general hardware failure, and relatively where it is.
Does the same thing happen on internal pages? (Print a configuration report from the printer)
How about prints from your PC?
If they both fail it will be a serious hardware issue. But lets remove the firmware too, update it here.
