Sounds like something disrupting the network, if you connect the network cable to the printer, and directly into a PC (bypassing routers and so forth), does that work?

7345 wont boot with network connected

Hi, there was a recent power cut at a site and now the 3 x 7345's intermittently begin to reboot, but then stall. The only way to get a successful boot is to disconnect the network RJ45 and bootup continues. RJ45 can then be plugged in when boot is complete and device then works fine, until next time. Engineers have attended but not fixed this issue, any ideas ??
