Typically done via Service tech, but they are available online

 

You know where the belt cleaner is, so you can figure out where the belt itself is, the machine needs to be taken apart to get to it, and as far as I know there are no Service Manuals available for this product, it uses an eDOC, which you need a Xerox PWS to open.

7425 Transfer Belt

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a 7425 giving me a message to reorder the Transfer Belt.  It is not asking for the Transfer Belt Cleaner, or the Second Bias Transfer Roll, both of which I have and can identify.

 

What exactly is the transfer belt?  I don't know where it is, and can't find any reorder number for it.  Does it require a service call?
