Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for rmisegistration.  Also make sure that tray is programmed for the size, color and type that is loaded.  If these suggestions and solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

7435 skews from tray 4 only

I have several 74XX family machines with the lower high capacity trays and about 4 of them exhibit the same problem which I cannot find a solution for.  They skew the image when the paper comes from tray 4.  Tray 3 is perfectly fine.  I replaced the tray, horizontal transport, guide from tray 4 area.  I eventually panic stopped the machine and the paper is perfectly straight up to the entrance through the tray 5 area and seems to skew when it hits the registration area.  Strange that it does not do this from tray 3 which uses the same path way.  I did a IOT NVM reset also, which did not help.  Suggestions?
