7556 How to make drum smooth after several disassembling and assembly

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The drum for my Xerox 7556 is not as smooth as before after several disassembling and assembly.

It looks that there is high resistance when i try to turn it around with my hand.

While for the normal ones. the resistance is low.

How to make it smooth again?
