This issue has been fixed in WC 75xx System Software version 061.121.221.29400 expected to be released November 4,

why are you not using the feature in sfs to build jobs? you can define : append after if a document exist... its better...

also try using the latest firmware for the machine : 061.121.221.14500 , call xerox to obtain it

I dont have issues here with latency...

also , if not solved, try configuring SFS using workflowscanning instead of EIP, thats much smoother... the only disadvantage is that you cant browse... , so you need to create triggers instead

Sorry for the long time responding to your question.  We just had to upgrade SFS to the latest version this past Monday when Nuance was having major issues with SFS.  We were one upgrade behind.  Still having the latency issue with the keyboard.  It's frustrating when you are typing a file name and have to wait for the beeps to catch up before you can type another letter.  Also, previous 7345 had a "next original" button, so you could scan more than a single filling of the document feeder into a single file.  Is there a similar button that can be enabled?  If you use the "Program Next Job" button, your documents are scanning into an appended file when using SFS.  Would prefer not to have to go to "Job Build" if possible.  Trying to keep keystrokes to an absolute minimum.  Thanks for your help!  I opened a 2nd level, LOG ID #386946006, but got tired of waiting on hold.

what version of SFS have you running? we dont have that issue

Have a 7556 with ScanFlowStore installed.  When entering file names from the keyboard on the interface, you have to move from key to key very slowly.  Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the keyboard to eliminate the latency?
