Upgraded firmware to 061.120.200.35301 which appears to have cleared the issues.    Downloaded global driver also.  Thanks for your help.

yes , the global driver has the booklet features, in fact its better to use the global driver since this driver is updated on regular basis

The driver detects the machine hardware , for example , if you have a fax card in the machne , you will also have the lanfax option in the driver...

Thanks for the info.  I downloaded the PS and PCL drivers from xerox.com along with the scan drivers and let it automatically install all.  Not sure if the global driver will let me run booklets.  Do you know?   It's a demo machine so I need full functionality.  I'll try the firmware upgrade and see if it helps.

did you know there is a new gerenal release firmware on the xerox site? its better to update to hat one... also update your print drivers to global v41 , most bugs are not present anymore in that release

7556 is locked up in "pause mode".  All jobs are cleared from print driver but showing 2 jobs in "job status".  Have rebooted machine and resent jobs but same thing keeps happening.
