Hi,

It is a NVRAM corruption and is need to do a reset of NVRAM:

 On the UI select PRINTER> Select TOOLS then SETUP> Select SERVICE TOOLS>Select RESET NVRAM> Change Front Panel back to the correct local language if appropriate.
