Hi ESE,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have verified the power supply and isolated the machine by removing all the cables to the machine but the power cord as suggested in this solution from the support page for your machine, then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

8550 Error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

 

I am getting an error: Fault:37,002.47:28226 on my Phaser 8550

 

I have tried plugging it into a new/direct outlet & isolating the printer, but it did not help.

 

Can you assist me further?
