Hi,
I recently added a 525 Sheet feeder to my 8550DT printer and, although the printer otherwise functions well, it will not recognize that there is paper in this third tray. Is there a sensor, that reports if there is media in the tray, that may be bad or maybe a bad electrical connection from the sensor?
