No CD came with the 8560MFP  and its not in the list of downloads either

where can we find this image retriever tool?

to ability to scan directly to your computer instead of the public folder can only be done with the image retriever tool, in that tool you can setup folders from YOUR pc...

on the xerox you will get new templates besides the public folder, so you can scan directly to your PC... in different folders if you like, you will see a template for every folder you create

no , its not possible to access the hard drive in any other way, thats also not mentioned in the brochure..

Can I access the Printers Hard Drive directly though the network? if so how?

Not though a Web Browser its to slow and ineffiecent!
