8560 phaser Empty trash tray error will not go away

I have tried that many times now. could be a sensor problem how do I disconnect the sensor??

i have seen the same issue.. i took out the tray and waited a few min before putting back in

if that doesnt help, try shutting down the machine, wait a few min , then turn it on...

if that doesnt help, then there is maybe a sensor problem?

Help!  I take the tray out put it back in empty time and time again.  I need this printer to work soon.  Can anyone help me??
