I would suggest that you review the Phaser 8560MFP Support site and search there for a solution.
I searched for "Front Panel" and there were many topics that had interesting information that may help you.

8560MFP Error Front Panel Won't Initalize

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

8560MFP is "Tango Uniform."


Running dignostics I get "Front Panel Won't Initalize" Error Code 16.3.


Any ideas on what needs to be replaced to rectify?
