how do you know you have a network problems?
Are you pingin the whole time?
Try another patch/cable to be sure its a xerox problem

8560MFP Unable to Communicate

Hello Everyone,

 

We just received our 8560 after hooking it up and getting it running with the newest drivers and firm ware upgrade i keep on having connection issues.  It seems like the machine disconnects from the network its on, now i have to keep on going into the printer and resetting the network connection for it to stay on the network, 

 

Any suggestions?
