will check that but unfortunately no contract, it was purchased from a Xerox rep because we needed one and there were none left in stock, not impressed with these Xerox's...

I would suggest that you check the memory, harddrive and the cables in the back of the machine (behind the metal cover), if you dont have a contract on it.

yep, booted it up with just the power cable, its very strange, it starts then just reboots. For a unit that costs 2k i have better results with a $300 HP..lol

did you boot it up without the Ethernet cable plugged in? if so try reseat all cables.

actually the unit has been off for several days disconnected, had to move it out of the spot it was in, same result, trying to figure out if its the electronics module or something else...WOW these things are common(the reboot issue) but no difinitive recourse...tx

I suggest you turn it off, pull out the network-cable, and try to start the machine without the cable inserted and see if the machine boots up correctly.

just keeps rebooting, goes thru all tests and never gets in operational mode. HELP!
