8560mfp System power on process

I have a Phaser 8560MFP that I am unable to activate the diagnostic menus.:smileysad:


The information I have says to press certain keys like the back button to bypass the remaining tests.


There was other information that said to press the back button and the ? after you turn it on, both of these didnt work for me


It also mentions the scrolling Xerox Logo .... no logo appears.


It tests a couple of things including "Bandit" that I can find no reference to ???


Tests the HDD and finaly comes up with Test Complete Initializing, which is where it stops.


I can disconnect the HDD and it reports a fault proving the testing is working, but the it just sits there as well.
