8570 ColorQube Ink Sticks jammed - But they are not

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

HI,

With my 8570 ColorQube, out of the blue I get the inksticks jammed error and I have moved the sticks many times so they are all free, (but they were anyway), yet I still get the error.

Where do I go from here please?
