8570 Cyan color not printing

I have 2 Xeoox 8570 printers that are printing the Cyan color very faded. When doing a white stripe test, the Cyan color bars are barley visible. Have tried cleaning cycle, White stripe removal and smear clean and new Cyan color cubes. I am using Xerox branded ink.

Any ideas??
